Adoption FAQs

What is the adoption fee?

Adoption fees typically range from $250 to $450 and cover spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchip, and a vet check. Fees help us continue rescuing more animals.

Can I adopt if I rent?

Yes — we just need written permission from your landlord that pets are allowed and any breed/weight restrictions.

Do you ship animals?

We adopt locally so we can meet families in person and provide lifelong support. Travel for the right family is considered on a case-by-case basis.

What if it doesn't work out?

Our adoption contract requires that the animal be returned to us — no questions asked. We never want one of our rescues in a shelter again.
